As you receive and respond to the practice, please trust that you’re doing it right! I make movement suggestions, which you can follow or not. For example, while there’s a swirl of sound and suggestions happening, you might be lying in luscious stillness on the floor or a bed. And when the session is in a quieter moment, you might be bouncing around the space, dancing your ass off! You might pet your animal, or go outside. Et cetera.
