1:1 COACHING
We’re not meant to do it alone. My coaching can be helpful for you if you:
long to create meaningful change in your life, and need help identifying and meeting relevant goals.
have goal or project (that’s big and feels overwhelming right now!), and you need help strategizing.
want to break free from no-longer-helpful habits and/or build supportive ones.
are questioning or healing your relationship with alcohol, and want (private, empathetic) support for your process.
need compassionate accountability to stay on track with your intentions.
WHAT I BRING
Careful consideration of what you share with me on the intake questionnaire, plus my full presence in each of your four sessions.
Clear structure for the sessions, coupled with responsiveness to how you work and what you need.
Availability to share my experience if it might be relevant for your process.
Confidentiality.
The knowledge and experience I’ve gained through mentoring hundreds of undergrad and graduate students on their projects and career trajectories, as well as working with member-clients as a recovery coach at Tempest (now Monument).
WHAT YOU BRING
Willingness to show up (Look, you’re here! You’re already doing it!).
Access to the internet, Zoom, and a device (e.g. computer or smartphone) with Zoom downloaded onto it.
A paper or electronic notebook where you can write your goals/intentions, and track your process.
An understanding of differences between coaching and psychotherapy.
WHAT IT COSTS
Coaching packages include four 30-minute sessions, typically scheduled one week after the other. This provides consistent attention on your commitments and a manageable timeframe to sustain them.
Packages of four sessions are offered on a sliding scale from $120 to $200.
I redistribute 10% of my income from this work to the Honor Native Land Tax and Movement for Black Lives.
